Volume One: Spring '26

Ah, here it is—the first shoots of spring. How we've waited for you! With the arrival of spring comes the blossoming of newness, and in that breadth comes dancing along a new magazine for you to indulge in.

Pink Ochre's debut volume is now available, and I am so giddy to announce that submissions for Volume Two will open tomorrow and close on June 14th for our summer issue. After receiving nearly a hundred submissions for this initial volume—and thank you for that, dear friends! You make it happen—we selected twenty-one poems and seven stories showcasing the convoluted spectrum of love to be enjoyed alongside this new season.

While gathering the words and formatting this volume, I had "Song to Keep You Company" by Bridget St. John on loop. Give it a listen if you'd like.

With love in surplus,

Meg Nadine Wenzel, Editor-in-Chief

Pink Ochre is best viewed on desktop. Some formatting may appear differently on mobile devices, so we recommend putting it into desktop mode!
