♡ Works of love—whatever that means to you!
WHAT WE DON'T WANT
♡ AI-generated works. AI will never understand what it's like to love humanly!
♡ Previously published works
♡ Works exceeding the word limit
♡ Copyrighted material (such as fanfiction)
♡ Raunchy works that are overtly sexual just for the
sake of it—ensure it means something

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

♡ All submissions must be submitted through email (pinkochremagazine@gmail.com)
♡ You may submit up to THREE POEMS and TWO WORKS OF PROSE per submission period
♡ There is no fee to submit, nor will there ever be one
♡ Simultaneous submissions are very welcome—but please let us know immediately if your work has been accepted elsewhere so we can congratulate you!
♡ If you do not receive a response within 30 days, please feel welcome to reach out about the status of your submission
♡ After submitting to Pink Ochre, please wait until the next submission period to submit new work

SUBMISSION FORMATTING

♡ Please write "SUBMISSION, [GENRE]"
in the subject line
(example: SUBMISSION, FLASH FICTION)
♡ In the body, please include the title(s) of your work(s) and a brief, third-person author bio (under 100 words)
♡ 12 pt. Times New Roman font, 1.5 or double-spaced (unless your work requires unorthodox formatting, which is fine!)
♡ Attach your work in a doc.x file or a .pdf file. If submitting multiple pieces, please attach them in separate files!
